Mistress Tess & Mistress Karina have a slave strapped onto the wheel, wearing a gas mask. They turn him upside down and smoke a cigarette each, ensuring he inhales all of Their second hand smoke through the gas mask, whilst They restrict his breath. They then remove his gas mask and enjoy a second cigarette, exhaling the smoke into his mouth once more and using his mouth as Their ashtray and spittoon. They end his humiliation by feeding him cigarette butts and emptying the entire contents of an ashtray into his mouth, making him swallow it all. A very spoilt, well fed ashtray indeed.
